The unbearable lightness of Silence
Dreamlike, suspended, and undefined landscapes lead me to experience the mystery inherent within ourselves..
I am fascinated by extreme atmospheric conditions because they strike chords that evoke profound emotions. Nature and the elements are my primary source of inspiration; they possess the power to transform the common and the mundane into something entirely different—something unrecognizable that projects me into a new dimension.
I have created these images with sparse detail and barely perceptible colors, rendering them indefinite to push the imagination into that aura of indescribable quiet, of mystery, and of pleasant disorientation—that supernatural essence that inspired and guided the Romantic movement. My photography is a projection of the states of the soul; it is a reactivation of the imagination of the beyond.
The softness of the images, the diffused and enveloping light, and the mist that dissolves all points of reference — leaving only isolated, silent, and vague elements — stop us in our tracks. They compel us to ask: what lies beyond? What is that solitary tree doing in the middle of nowhere? How can it survive, how can it endure alone in the void?
Through this project, I transform the perception of the natural environment, creating a less defined vision of reality—one that is shifting and elusive, in constant and unceasing evolution. It is a journey that leads us toward the search for our true self: our permanent center of gravity.
When the world strips itself of every certainty and contours blur into the undefined, the soul stops looking outward and finally begins to see within.

Getting lost isn't the beginning of the end; it's the first step to being found. In the total white of the void, the only compass that remains is the pulse of your permanent center of gravity.
There is a closeness that needs no words, only a constant presence within the void. In this shared silence, the fragility of one becomes the strength of the other—motionless witnesses to a vanishing world.

When the world’s noise falls silent, the soul learns to dwell within stillness. In this suspended forest, every breath becomes a question on the survival of the self at the heart of the void.
There is a thin threshold where the earth ends and the infinite begins. Beneath the snow, the world does not vanish: it rests, waiting to be dreamt once more, reminding us that silence is the highest form of freedom.

Past the visible horizon, where edges vanish, real discovery starts. We are no longer looking for what lies outside, but for the light we hold inside—the only constant in a universe of endless transformation.
